Planning Basics
At the first meeting with your coach, we will spend some time learning about your vision for your special event. Then we will send you a personalized planning checklist and a personalized budget to get you started. After that, we will check in each month (or more often if you would like), to see how things are going and find out where you need help.
Site Selection
While you may not be able to visit event locations in person, your coach can recommend places to visit virtually. We have extensive knowledge of all the venues in the NC and SC area. Many of them have video tours on their website, and their managers are available to give you a live tour once you have placed their venue on your wish list. We match you with the venues that are right for your style, the number of guests, and your budget.
Event Design and Decor
Let's start working on your wedding vision now! Using shared Pinterest Boards, we will create a Vision Board for your wedding or eveent. Then we can help recommend the right vendors for flowers, decorations, lighting, sound, music, food, drinks, and more. There are so many great ideas out there! Your coach will use her experience to help you narrow down those ideas to the ones that are actually doable, and that fit within your budget.

Trouble with your mother-in-law? Furloughed and need to adjust your budget? Have to change the venue or the date? Our coaches are available by text, phone, email, FaceTime, Zoom and other platforms to meet with you when you need help.
What Does Remote Wedding Planning Cost?
The cost for remote planning is based on the size of the event and the amount of help you need. Basic packages include at least 6 hours of coaching, but you may purchase additional hours ahead of time, or on the fly.

What if I need a Day-of Coordinator? Can you help with that?
Certainly! If you know you will need a day-of coordinator, or your venue requires it, we can include that in your package. Then we will set you up with a coach who is also available to be your day-of coordinator. If you are outside our service area (NC/SC/TN), we can set you up with a good coordinator in your area, and your coach will meet with them to download all your event information so they will be ready to take over from there.
